Nooky Booky IV

"Nooky Booky IV" was the name the late Col. Leonard "Kit" Carson gave to all the P-51s he flew, while with the 357th Fighter Group. This picture depicts 22 kill 'ace' Major Carson with the last of his P-51s, a "K" model, flown during the last few months of the war. Lithographs can be remarked with a small FW190 at the bottom. Carson downed 5 FW190s in a matter of minutes in this aircraft.

Major Richard Peterson destroyed 16 German fighters, while flying with the 357th Fighter Group. In the process, he flew at least three different P-51s. This dramatic print depicts Major Peterson returning to Leiston airfield after another successful mission. The prints can be remarked with a small P-51B in the bottom margin. Each print is signed by the artist and by the late Major Richard Peterson.

Signed by the 332nd FG commanding officer, the late General Benjamin O. Davis, along with the late John Sloan, the late Walter Palmer, and Col. Charles McGee. This print is in very limited supply
